Unit 3 is a one bedroom apartment, with a living room, a stand alone kitchen, and a bright bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Unit 3 can sleep 2 guests in the bedroom, while it can accomodate two more guests in the living room.

Unit 2 is found in the raised ground floor of the building with its own direct access. The total interior surface is 150m2 with a cute veranda overlooking the garden of the Acropolis Museum.

The living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the master bedroom with a esuite WC, the second bedroom and a WC with a generous foyer, are all found in the same floor, enjoying great light and views inside the garden of the Acropolis Museum.

Consisting of two levels and with a total interior surface of 178m2, Unit 1 is on the first floor of the building and has exclusive access to the roof terrace of 108m2 with breathtaking 360-degree views of the Acropolis, the Acropolis Museum, and the hills of Lycabettus and Philopappou.

Upon entry, guests land in the bright lobby, around which all spaces on the first level are organized, namely the living room, the dining room, the kitchen, the master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, the second bedroom, and a second bathroom. All these spaces are exceptionally bright thanks to their large windows, and each offers a unique view of the surrounding area.

BREATHER

An internal staircase leads to the second level with a large study that can be transformed into an extra bedroom, and the rooftop terrace with a small support area equipped with a sink and fridge.
